Use of cookies
A cookie is a simple, small file which accompanies pages of www.ma-law.nl and is stored on the hard disk of the computer of a visitor to www.ma-law.nl by said visitor’s browser. It enables us, for example, to combine different retrievals of pages from the website and to analyse user behaviour. Visitors to www.ma-law.nl can reject the use of these cookies, although this will limit the functionality and ease of use of www.ma-law.nl.
Click behaviour and visitor details
We keep track of general visiting data on www.ma-law.nl. This is done to ensure ongoing improvement and optimisation of the website’s functionality. Within that framework, this primarily allows the IP address of the visitor’s computer, any user name, the time of retrieval and details which accompany a visitor’s browser, to be registered and used for statistical analyses of visits and click behaviour on the website. The details are treated confidentially and are not issued to third parties.

The information acquired in that way, including the IP address, is transferred to Google and stored on servers in the United States. Google uses this information to keep track of how our website is used, to issue us with reports about the website, and to provide us with information about the effectiveness of our campaigns. Google may pass on this information to third parties if legally obliged to do so, or insofar as third parties process the information on behalf of Google. This is something we have no influence on.
